This building is designed to foster care and social interaction through a spatial model that connects small communities. Dormitory boxes are arranged to create a cohesive and interconnected structure, balancing public and private spaces. The layout emphasizes shared living with spaces like corridors, atriums, and living rooms that encourage social engagement. Green spaces, including rooftop gardens and green atriums, integrate environmental consciousness, offering varying levels of access. This design promotes a sense of collective living while prioritizing both human connection and sustainability.
